This session is designed to help professionals make small adjustments for big impacts amid rising support needs and resource pressures.
This session is aimed at practitioners who have a base knowledge of neurodivergence (informed level ASD), intellectual disabilities, and the impact of care experience and/or trauma. This session does not advise on supporting those with a vision or hearing impairment, nor does it focus on mobility equipment for physical disabilities.

With increasing numbers of young people being diagnosed with additional support needs, and cumulative pressures on resources across communities, education and the NHS, professionals can feel at a loss on how best to care for young people in need. This session supports professionals to make small yet effective adjustments that create a BIG impact in a variety of settings.
By the end of the webinar, attendees should be able to apply knowledge of reasonable and realistic adjustments to their practice to create a more inclusive environment.
Facilitators
This session will be facilitated by the dynamic duo behind Three Sisters Consultancy, Corrie McLean (they/them) and Rhiann McLean(she/her). Together, they spearhead a consultancy dedicated to training professionals working with individuals with additional support needs.
