Coronavirus Response Fund

#ShiftThePower Coronavirus Response Fund is now open.

Corra Foundation will be working in partnership with Comic Relief to deliver the #ShiftThePower Coronavirus Response Fund in Scotland.

Communities and charities working in Scotland with an income of less than £250,000 can apply for grants up to £10,000 to support vulnerable families and communities, including coping with the impact of coronavirus.

This fund is an opportunity for community groups to amplify the voices of those furthest from power and deliver activities that fit into one of the four strategic themes:

Children Survive and Thrive
Early years development for children facing disadvantage.

Gender Justice
Contributing to gender equality by reducing violence and discrimination based on gender and sexuality.

A Safe Place to Be
Supporting people who have experienced homelessness or have been forced from their homes in order to live safely.

Mental Health Matters
Improving mental health provision and tackling stigma around mental health.

This Fund is operating on a rolling basis. There is a total of £1.5million available and the programme will close when all funds are awarded.

The fund is part of #ShiftThePower Comic Relief Scotland programme. Funding has come from money raised by Comic Relief, as well as match funding from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.

If you are already in receipt of a #ShiftThePower Scotland Comic Relief Programme Round 1 award, please get in touch with us at shiftthepower@corra.scot for a quick chat about your application before applying
