Creating Hope Together to reduce deaths by suicide whilst also addressing the inequalities that can lead to suicidality requires exploring different approaches that work for different communities.
Keep The Heid Mental Health Café
Keep The Heid Mental Health Cafe have received almost £20,000 of funding from The National Lottery Community Fund which will be spread over the next two years and will help the continuation of cafe sessions in Tranent, North Berwick and Haddington.
UNCRC (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 Guidance for Third Sector Organisations
Earlier this year, the Scottish Government incorporated the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child into Scottish Law. In broad terms, the act will protect children’s rights by enshrining them in law and placing legal obligations on public authorities to comply with the UNCRC requirements in the delivery of their public functions.
