State of the Sector East Lothian Impact Measurement Report 2021
Want to help celebrate the success of the Third Sector in East Lothian?
We at Volunteer Centre East Lothian (VCEL) are building evidence for our first Impact Measurement Report to illustrate the economic value of the Third/Charity Sector in East Lothian.
While we understand that survey’s can be time consuming and can seem like a thankless task at times, the information provided in this survey will greatly help towards building evidence of the positive impact of the third sector on communities and people in East Lothian, regardless of your organisations “size”
In an increasingly competitive environment with pressures of funding, Covid, Brexit, it is important that we in the Third Sector can clearly articulate the social and economic impact that organisations make in our local communities for the financial year.
The information will then be used in a baseline report by Volunteer Centre East Lothian which aims to highlight the valuable work of the third sector and recognise its impact in East Lothian.
The report will address the delivery of key themes, priorities and outcomes in the East Lothian Plan 2017-2027
Themes – Prosperous, Community Minded and Fair
Reducing inequalities across our area
Tackling Poverty
Working to prevent problems – and acting quickly when problems start
The information given in this survey will be kept confidential as the report aims to form an overall picture of the contribution of the third sector as a whole in East Lothian and therefore the information provided will be aggregated together with other organisations.
