#KeepThePromise.  

All those with responsibility towards infants, children, young people and their families must come together to devise a collectively owned, multi-sector ambitious Plan to make sure that all of Scotland’s children grow up loved, safe and respected.

Once concluded The Plan will be put to the Oversight Board who will determine if it is sufficiently ambitious to #KeepThePromise. 

The Promise team will make themselves available to support organisations find their role in the work of change and to devise The Plan. 

There are 4 phases to our engagement.  

• Phase 1: WEBINARS on implementation (October) 

• Phase 2: DISCUSSION: listening,  working through what change will look like for each organisation. (October/November) 

• Phase 3: CONSOLIDATION: reviewing, going back to organisations to reflect.  

• Synthesising: and creating The Plan. (Nov/Dec)

• Phase 4: ACCOUNTABILITY: The Plan goes to the Oversight Board for their consideration and ratification. (Jan 2021) 

Webinars are happening throughout week commencing 12th October, with 5 sessions available (all with the same content) to help organisations understand the work of The Promise team, the Scottish Approach to Service Design and how to engage with the work of change.
