New UK funding programme for Disabled People’s Organisations launching soon
The Fund will open for applications in September.  The minimum you can apply for is £1,000 and the maximum is £25,000

Help Musicians: Do It Differently Fund Covid-19 Round

The Covid-19 round of the Do It Differently Fund recognises that musicians are having to work in innovative ways due to the restrictions around social distancing. This fund aims to do the following three things:
Offers a package of support for professional, creative and wellbeing development
Enable creative independence for music creators who wish to explore working innovatively through digital methods
Encourage new habits and good practices of sustainable wellbeing

Scops Arts Trust (deadline 28th August)

We are currently accepting applications for projects and organisations which meet our grant-making

criteria. The deadline is Friday 28 August 2020 at 12 noon.

Our current areas of interest are:
- Improving the provision and quality of music education in schools
- Increasing the opportunities for children and young people to engage with music outside of school
- Widening access to the arts for everyone, regardless of any disadvantage they face because of their health, financial or social circumstances
- Reaching audiences in parts of the country where arts events are not usually found

Bank of Scotland: Reach Funding Programme

For the remainder of 2020 Reach will be a monthly programme.  The eligibility criteria has been broadened and charities with an income of £1.5m or less can now apply for funding between £5,000 and £30,00 over one year.

“Our Reach programme is suitable for charities can demonstrate they address disadvantage or social exclusion. This will ensure that our funding will reach the most vulnerable people across Scotland, to provide them with opportunity and equality and making positive, sustainable change.

Disadvantage
Examples include charities addressing primary disadvantage such as homelessness, abuse, mental health or poverty, or secondary disadvantage such as debt issues, learning disabilities, illiteracy, lack of employability skills or health issues.

Social Exclusion
Examples include charities addressing exclusionary challenges for minorities, people with disabilities, LGBT people, drug users, institutional care leavers, the elderly or the young.

Tesco Bags of Help COVID-19 Communities Fund – deadline 18th September

Please note that the last day we will accept applications to this fund is Friday 18th September 2020.

The programme will provide a single payment award of £500 to organisations who are supporting vulnerable groups, as part of their emergency response in supporting local communities.
